One recent incident involved a grass fire near Ambleside Drive in Feltham on August 5. London Fire Brigade reported that four fire engines and around 25 firefighters attended the blaze.

A larger grass fire was reported near Sandy Drive in Feltham in July. Approximately 60 firefighters and eight fire engines were involved in tackling the fire, which covered around six hectares.
